Ingredients
1 1 \ 2 (one and a half) cup of oil
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of cognac coffee
1 cup of sugar
Orange zest
1 teaspoon of soda
2 baking
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup of grated walnuts
1 kg of soft flour
When we mix our materials we see if a little flour is needed or maybe a little less

For chocolate

250 g of couverture

2 tablespoons of butter

5-6 tablespoons of milk

For the syrup
2 cups of honey
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of water

Method
In a pan, put the oil and sugar and beat for 5 minutes to melt the sugar. Then add the orange juice the cognac soda bake the orange zest and cinnamon. Slowly pour the flour and knead it until a uniform, firm dough is created. Place the melomacarona and put it in a baking sheet. With a fork they each drill 3 times. Bake them in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on our oven.

Syrup
In a saucepan, we put the honey in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes until the sugar melts.
Serve the syrup with the hot syrup and the melomacarona cold. Put them on a platter in the order and over the top of the high walnuts.

We can and do not sympathize with them and leave simple cookies. It’s delicious.

Run for chocolate

Melt the couverture to Ben María with butter and milk. Pass the melomakarona from the chocolate and put it on a tray. We take them in the fridge for 1-2 hours to freeze the chocolate and are ready.
