Ingredients
1 1/2 with 2 pounds of ewe
500 g of macaroni
2 onions dryly chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
4 ripe tomatoes finely chopped
1 cup of wine
1 cinnamon stick

Method
Put the oil in the pot to cook, sauté the meat from all sides and put it in a bowl. Then saute garlic onion and pour the tomatoes. When they boil it all together put cinnamon, salt, pepper, pepper and finally the wine and the water it needs. Let the pot open until the alcohol evaporates. After we cover it, lower the heat and let it cool until it boils. If necessary, add water. If we want we can put it in the pot.

For macaroni

In a saucepan, add salt water and cover it to boil water. When the water is boiling, pour the spaghetti and mix it to keep it from sticking. They want to boil about 20 minutes or just how much we want cooked. When ready, drain and put them back in the pot. Try instead of butter to burn them with oil. The aroma of olive oil is unique.
