Ingredients
1 kilogram of beef or 1 rooster or 1 chicken
500 grams of spaghetti 2 numbers
2 onions finely chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic chopped
2 cups of red wine
1/2 glass of vinegar
Cinnamon Grated
Carnation grated
Grated nutmeg
Spice grated
A little cumin
3-4 tablespoons sweet red pepper
Pepper black grated
1/2 teaspoon red pepper hot
Salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 1/2 glass of water oil

Method
For pasta
Boil the spaghetti in salted water that is boiling, and take them out of the fire to keep them for a while, and cook for 5 minutes with the sauce.

For meat
In a saucepan, put the oil and sauté the meat. When browning it is removed with a laurel ladle. In the same oil put the garlic and the onion and sauté for a while. When golden, bring the meat back to the pot, and add all our spices and sugar. Stir well and turn off the wine. Add the vinegar, lower the heat and let simmer for 2 hours up until the meat is softened. We often try and if we need water we always add it hot. Spices and red pepper will make a rich and red sauce as if we had a tomato. When the meat is ready, put it on a platter and add the spaghetti in the sauce. Stir them carefully and boil them all together for 5 minutes to soak the spaghetti. We serve very warmly.
