Ingredients
1 kilogram of artichokes
2 onions sliced
2-3 carrots cut to 4
1 bunch of dill
1 -2 tablespoons of flour
Juice of 1 or 2 lemons
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Method

For lemon
Put the lemon in a bowl and mix it with the flour until it becomes cream.

For artichokes
In a saucepan, let the olive oil warm and light the onion artichokes and carrots. Then we cover our water evenly, add the salt and let our food boil over moderate heat until the artichokes and carrots are soft. Five minutes before we turn off our food we add the lemon we have made cream, flour, dill, and pepper. Let them boil all together for 5 minutes to tie the jam and ready.
