1 medium cauliflower cut into pieces
1 medium potato cut at 4
2 medium onions finely chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 bunch of parsley or any odor we like finely chopped
2 ripe tomatoes finely chopped
1 tablespoon of pâté
In a saucepan, put the oil warm and gently saturate all the cauliflower and potato. When we stuff them all we put them in a bowl. In the same oil, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes and then put the tomato and peel and sauté them for 1 minute. Finally, add cauliflower and potato again to the pot. Put the potato in the cauliflower to pick up the liquids and tie the sauce, but it is also very tasty. Then add 1 glass of wine water, salt and let our food boil over moderate heat. If we need water we always add warmth. 10 minutes before we turn off our food, add paprika and parsley pepper to keep their aromas.
