250 g fresh green beans
1 onion dry little chopped
A little parsley finely chopped
1 carrot cut into pieces
1 tomato ripe grated
2 tablespoons of olive oil
In a saucepan, let the olive oil warm and sauté the onion. Then put the tomato and saute it for 1 minute with the onion. Then add the beans and the carrot and stir until they wither. When the beans are wrinkled, cover them with water, salt and let them boil over moderate heat until their sauce is tied. If necessary, add water. Five minutes before we turn off our food, add pepper and paprika to keep their fragrances.
Serve with a slice of bread and 90 grams of anthotyro.
