Ingredients
180 g lamb
1 onion dry chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 tomato ripe grated
Salt
Pepper
Paprika sweet
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of brown barley

Method
In a kettle put the oil warm and saute the lamb until it gets colored on both sides. Then add the onion and garlic and saute them for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato, 1 glass of wine water, salt and close the kettle until the meat is boiled. When the meat is ready, we open the kettle and add the barley. Boil it on low heat and stir it frequently to keep it from sticking. If it is needed add 5 minutes before turning off our food add pepper and paprika.
