Ingredients
300 g tortellini ready
2-3 ripe tomatoes finely chopped
1 onion dry chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 bunch of parsley or basil
1 glass of wine vegetable broth
Salt
Pepper
Paprika sweet
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Method for tortellini
In a saucepan, add water, salt it and put it in the fire to boil. When the water begins to boil, add tortellini and boil them as much as we want cooked. Then put them in the drip tray to drain again into the pot. We burn hot olive oil

Method for the tomato sauce

In a small saucepan, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté onion and garlic. Then add the tomatoes and saute them for 1 minute with the onion and add the vegetable broth and salt. Let the sauce boil until all of its liquids are drawn. Five minutes before we turn off the heat, add pepper and paprika to keep their aromas.
