Ingredients
For the syrup
500 g of water
600 g of sugar
1 lemon peel without the white
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon of honey

For the base
500 g of catfish
150 g butter melted

For cream
900 gr of milk
200 g of sugar
1-2 vanilla
6 egg yolks medium
100 g of corn flakes
100 g of frozen butter

For whipped cream
2 boxes of whipped cream
50 g of powdered sugar

For serving
Peanut Peeled Pistachios

Method
For the syrup
In a saucepan, put the water, sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon wood. Put it on low heat for 4-5 minutes until the sugar melts. As soon as it starts to boil add honey, remove it from the fire and let it cool down.

For the base
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in the air
We take the calf with the fingers and make sure it does not have knots.
Put it in a 25 × 35 baking pan and sprinkle it with melted butter.
Bake for 45-60 minutes depending on our oven and be careful not to burn.
Remove it from the oven and as it is hot with a ladle, pour it over with the cold syrup. Allow it to stand for 30 minutes to absorb the whole syrup.

For cream
In a saucepan, put the milk, sugar, vanilla and put it on low heat to prevent the milk from burning.

In a bowl, we put the sugar in the yolks, the milk and the floury horn and stir well with a wire until the sugar melts.

Once the boil is cooked, remove it from the fire.
With a ladle, take a little bit of the mixture of the pot and add it slowly to the mixture with the eggs and stir continuously.
When we put the whole mixture of the pot into the eggs, pour the mixture back into the saucepan. Put the pot in moderate to low heat and stir until the mixture cools. Finally, add the iced butter and stir until it melts well.
Put the cream over the catfish and spread it well over its entire surface.
Cover the cream with a transparent film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. The membrane must be firmly in contact with the cream to prevent crust.

For whipped cream
In a bowl, we put the cream from the 2 boxes of whipped cream and the powdered sugar and beat them very well until they are soaked.
Remove the tomato from the refrigerator and spread the whipped cream with a marjoram.
With a fork, we draw patterns on the whipped cream and sprinkle with the grated pistachio.
