Ingredients for 4 people

2 turkey wings
2 carrots sliced
1 potato cubed
1 onion dry chopped
3 cups of brown rice
2 eggs
2 lemons
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Method
Cut the turkey wings and put them in the pot to boil for 20 minutes on their own. Then put the carrots on the potato onion salt oil and rice. Water we put as sparse or thick as we want our soup. When it’s all boiling, we turn off the fire. Put the wings in a bowl and clean them from the bones. Cut them into small bits and add them to the pot.

For egg-lemon, beat the egg white in a bowl first, and then pour the egg yolk and beat them together. Continue to beat and add a little lemon juice. Finally, with a ladle we take the juice from the soup and continue to strike it slowly into the egg-lemon. When all the ingredients are joined to the bowl, pour them into the saucepan stirring continuously the soup. Serve warm with a bit of pepper on top.
