1 liter of tsipouro
500 g of sugar
500 g of water
Wash the bergamot thoroughly
We clean the peels from the bergamot leaving no white on the peels.
Put the peels in a jar
Add tsipouro and leave it for 1 week sealed
After 1 week, boil the sugar with water for 5 minutes and let it cool down well.
Remove the peels from the tsipouro
Add the syrup to the tsipouro and mix it
Strain it with a tulle and put it in glass bottles.
The drink is served cool.
