500 g penne
150 g of grated Greek kefalotyri cheese
150 g grated gouda
300 grams of chopped bacon
300 g of mushrooms cut into thin slices
500 g of cream
2 tablespoons of butter for the pan
2 tablespoons of olive oil
In a frying pan, put the oil and sauté the bacon and mushrooms.
For the penne
Boil the penne in salted water and strain them.
The penne must not be over boiled, they should be a little hard.
Butter your pan well and pour into the boiled penne.
We mix them with half of our cream, bacon, mushrooms, half the cheese and pepper.
Soak our ingredients in the pan and pour over the remaining cheeses and pour over the rest of the cream. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the surface browns and the cheese is reduced.
