Method for steak
Wash the meat well, salt it, add pepper, paprika,
oregano, stir well and leave for 2-3 hours. Then bake the steak in the roasting pan from both sides until it gets colored, or in a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
For the egg
Put the oil in the pan to heat, do not burn much, and pour the egg. With a spoon, pour hot oil over the egg until the egg white is white. When ready, take care not to break the yolk.
But if we bake the steak on the non-stick pan, then add some oil and even fry the egg so that it gets all the cravings from the steak.
