Ingredients For rice
1 cup of brown rice
1 tablespoon grated carrot
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt

Method for rice
In a small saucepan, let the oil warm up. Add rice and carrot and sauté for 1 minute. Finally, add 4 coffee cups of water and the salt. Allow to boil for 20 minutes. If necessary, add water.

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms cut into slices
1 chopped dry onion
1 red pepper cut into pieces
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2-3 ripe, finely chopped tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Sweet Paprika
1 bunch of parsley
1 glass of white wine
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

Method
In a saucepan bring the water to boil and add a little salt and 1/2 tablespoon of oil. When the water begins to boil, we pour the mushrooms and boil it as much as we like them to be cooked. Strain them using a strainer and put them back in the pot. Oil is not added anymore. The oil we put in while boiling is enough. Serve with the sauce from the mushrooms and grated cheese.
