2 Salmon fillets
3 tablespoons of mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of chopped dill
In a bowl, lightly beat the mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill and salt.
In a small cooking tray, lay non-stick paper.
Sprinkle salmon with olive oil on both sides and place it in the cooking tray.
With a brush, spread the mustard mixture on the salmon.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes depending on your oven. The Salmon should not be overcooked, to prevent it from drying out.
