500 g of black berries
400 g of sugar
1 cup of water
Wash the berries thoroughly and cut with their scissors
Put them in the saucepan along with sugar and water on high heat.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it boil until the syrup is tied. About 35-40 minutes. If necessary, boil it a bit longer.
5 minutes before we quench our sweet we add lemon juice.
To see if it tied the syrup, put a little syrup on a platter and let it cool down well. If the syrup drips from the teaspoon in drops is ready.
