1 liter of tsipouro, cognac or vodka
750 g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Wash the mandarins well and cut them into pieces.
Put them in a jar and add the cloves, cinnamon, and tsipouro. We seal them well and leave them in a shady place for 35-40 days shaking it often.
When the 40 days have passed, strain it with a strainer or cheese cloth, squeeze the mandarins to get all the liquids.
Put the strained drink back in the jar and add the sugar and leave it for 1 week.
We shake it 2-3 times a day to allow all the sugar to dissolve.
Finally put it in bottles and our drink is ready.
