Ingredients
3 bananas
100 g of water
70 g of sugar
2 cognac holes
A few drops of lemon juice

Method
In a saucepan, put the water and sugar and boil for 15 minutes to melt the sugar.
Then add bananas, cognac, and lemon juice.
Boil them all together for 3-4 minutes.
We turn off the fire and remove a banana into a bowl with a pierced ladle.
Put them in the refrigerator where we can keep them for 1 week.
Serve cool with ice cream, with chocolate mousse, and why not even.
