1 kg of apples
2 glasses of water
150 g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Clean apples from peels and pips and cut them to 4
Put the water and sugar in the pot and when boiling add apples and cinnamon.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes with a fork to avoid melting.
When apples are ready, put them in a bowl and keep them in the fridge for 1 week.
To keep them more time, put them in sterile jars well and close them well.
At the bottom of the pot we put a clean cloth and top the jars upside down.
Add water just to cover the jars and boil for 10-15 minutes.
We turn off the fire, remove the jars and let them cool down a bit.
When we can catch them, we tighten the lids well and store them in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
