1 Kilo kiwi ripe not melted
150 g of sugar
2 water dispenser
Clean the kiwi from the peels and cut them in the middle.
Put the water and sugar in the pot and boil until boiled.
Add the kiwi and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Try with a fork if they are softened and if it is ready, we turn off the fire, otherwise we boil it a bit longer.
Together with the syrup we put them in a bowl and keep them in the fridge for 1 week.
If we have a lot and we want to keep them longer we put them in very well sterilized jars and close them well.
Put a clean towel in a saucepan and top up the jars.
Add water to cover and boil for 10-15 minutes.
We turn off the fire, remove the jars and let them cool down a bit.
When we can catch them, we tighten the lids very well and store them in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
