10 nectarines almost mature not melted
1 liter of water
400 g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Wash the fruits thoroughly, clean them from the peels, cut them in the middle and pour the seeds.
In a saucepan, put the water and sugar and put it in a low heat.
Mix to dissolve the sugar and add the nectarines and cinnamon before boiling syrup.
Boil them in moderate heat for 10-15 minutes to soften the fruits.
When the fruits soften, put them in a bowl, let them cool, and put them in the fridge to enjoy them cool.
If we want to keep them for 4-5 months, put them in very well sterilized jars and close them well.
In a saucepan put a clean towel and the jars upside down in the pot.
Cover them with water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
Remove them from the pot, let them cool down and tighten the lids well.
Keep them in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
