1 pound of tiny red
100 g of sugar
2 glasses of water
Remove the crotch loops and wash them thoroughly.
If we have a lot of boils, boil them in 2 installments
In a saucepan, put the sugar and water and boil for about 15 minutes.
Then add the dill and boil it all together until the peels run out.
When the peels are dropped, remove them with a laurel and put them in a pan to cool a little.
When we can catch them remove the peels, put them in a bowl, add the syrup, and keep them in the fridge for 1 week.
If the lots are too much, put them in well sterilized jars with their syrup and close them very well.
Then put a clean cloth on the bottom of the pot and top up the jars.
Cover them with water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
We turn off the fire, remove the jars from the saucepan, and after cooling, tighten the lids very well.
Keep them in a cool place or in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.
