For Dandelion Greens
We clean our greens well and put them with water and vinegar in a bowl for 10 minutes.
With vinegar clean the greens from the soil and any mummies.
Then wash them with lots of water until they have no soil.
Put the water in the saucepan to boil, and when it starts to boil we put the greens.
