1 kilogram of white raisins
600 g of sugar
Juice of half a lemon
We separate the berries from the stalks and wash them well.
In a saucepan, add the currant and sugar and leave them covered for 5 hours to remove their liquids.
Then put the pot on medium heat to boil and scrape if necessary.
Continue boiling for 40 minutes until it starts to thicken.
We turn off the fire and let it cool down a bit.
We melt it in the blender lightly or very depending how much we want it to be melted.
Add the lemon juice and boil for 10 to 15 minutes until the jam ties.
We turn off the fire and let it rest for a while and place it in glass sterilized jars.
