400 grams of grape grapes
300 grams of strawberry grape
300 g of raspberry grapes
700 g of sugar

Remove the stalks from the grapes and from the strawberry grape the stones with a tweezer.
In a bowl we melt the berries with our hands.
Put the sugar in a pot with half a glass of wine and boil it for 5 minutes to melt the sugar.
Then add the melted raisins with their juice and boil the jam for 20 minutes.
We turn off the fire, leave a little to cool and pass it over or over if we want the blender.
Put it again to boil for 15-20 minutes until our jam ties.
Before we straighten it, add the lemon juice and mix.
When the jam is still hot, we put the lard, leave it for half an hour to remove it and then throw it away.
