500 grams of grape grapes
500 grams of strawberry grape
1 stranded clown
Juice of 1 lemon
We clean the grapes from the stalks, and from the strawberry grapes we clean and the pips with a hair tweezer.
Wash the berries well, put them in the saucepan and add the sugar.
We melt a little with our hands, cover the pot and leave for 4 hours to remove all of the fluids.
After 4 hours boil the jam on medium heat for 20 minutes to soften the grapes and turn off the fire.
Let cool a little and pass the grapes slightly or too much of the blender.
Put the melted jam in the saucepan and continue cooking until it thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
Shortly before turning off the fire, we put the lemon juice and mix it out of the fire.
Finally, in the hot jam, add the lard and leave it for half an hour to extract the aroma and then throw it away.
Let it rest for a while and put it in well sterilized jars.
