3 mature leaves
300 grams of tsipouro or raki or vodka
1 asteroid anise
150 g of sugar
100 g of water
Wash the lotus well and clean it from the peels.
Cut them into small pieces and put them in a glass with the slices, tsipouro and anise.
Leave it in a shady place for 1 week.
After 1 week we boil water and sugar for 3 minutes to melt and let it cool down.
When it is cold, put it in the bowl with lotus and tsipouro and leave it for 24 hours.
Finally, strain the liqueur with a dumbbell and put it in glass bottles.
