400 g of apricots
200 g of sugar
1 liter of tsipouro or vodka
Wash the apricots well and cut them into small pieces.
Put the pieces of apricot and tsipouro in a bowl, close the bowl and leave in the sun for 30 days shaking frequently.
After 30 days, we take the liqueur from the sun and strain it with a dumplings in a bowl.
In the meantime, in a saucepan, we put the water and sugar, boil until the sugar melts, and allow to cool well.
Finally, add the syrup to the beverage bowl and mix well.
Put our liqueur into glass sterilized bottles and leave it for 1 month in a shady place.
When the month passes, our drink is ready to enjoy it.
