1 large pear variety of beans
1 liter of tsipouro or vodka
300 g of sugar
Wash the pears thoroughly.
In a glass, we put the pears cut in the middle and tsipouro.
Close the glass well and leave it in the sun for a month.
After a month we add sugar, shake well and leave it in the sun for another month.
We often stir sugar to melt.
Finally, strain it with a dumbbell and put it in glass sterilized jars and ready to enjoy it.
