1 ripe pineapple
450 g of sugar
3 x 400 g of tsipouro or vodka
1 cup of water
1 cc of coriander seeds
Clean the pineapple and cut into small pieces.
In a large jar we put pineapple and all other ingredients except sugar and leave the mixture in a shady place for 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks, strain the liqueur with a tumbling stick, add the sugar and stir well to melt the sugar.
When the sugar is melted, put it in glass bottles and leave it for 1 week. Our liqueur is ready to enjoy it.
