1 kilogram of vanilla
1 liter of vodka or tsipouro
800 g of sugar
Wash the vanilla well and cut into pieces.
As with peel and pips, put them in a glass along with sugar and vodka.
Leave it in a shady place for 1 month shaking often to melt the sugar.
After 1 month, we strain our liqueur with a dummy and put it in glass sterilized bottles.
Our liqueur is ready to enjoy it.
