150 g of sugar
500 g of water
Wash the pips and dry them with kitchen towels.

Put them in a jar and add the whole mastic and tsipouro.
We close our jar very well and put it in a shady place for 6 weeks.
We remember to shake it at least day by day.
When the 6 weeks are over, we strain well with a dumbbell and push it to remove all of the fluids.
Finally, in a saucepan boil the water with sugar for 5 minutes to melt the sugar.
Let the syrup cool down and add it to the flavored tsipouro.
Put it in glass bottles and leave it quiet in a cool place for another 5 weeks.
After 5 weeks our drink is ready.
