1kg strawberry grape (cleaned from pips and peels)
500 g of sugar
1/2 glass of water
Juice of half a lemon
1 stranded clown
We wash the flames well.
With a pin of hair we remove the pips and then with great patience we remove the peels.
In a saucepan, put the sugar and grapes alternately, pour the water, cover the pot and leave it all night.
In the morning, we put the pot on low heat until the sugar melts and the rags get wet.
Boil the heat to moderate and continue boiling until the syrup is tied, about 45-50 minutes.
Allow the sweet to cool for 4 hours. During this time, equalize the liquid and dilute the syrup.
Put it back in the saucepan and boil it on high heat.
Allow to boil for about 10 minutes up until the syrup is attached.
To see if it tied the syrup we put a little to cool on a platter.
When it is cold, we tilt the plate slightly and if it does not run it is ready.
