1500 g of lamb
Juice of 1-2 lemons
2 cloves of garlic sliced
2 tablespoons of mustard soup
250 g of white wine
1 rosemary clone
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4-5 medium potatoes cut into pieces
Put the lamb in a pan and, with the knife, punch in several places and put the garlic sliced.
prinkle the lamb with salt, pepper, mustard, oregano, lemon juice, and mix well with our materials everywhere.
Around the lamb add the potatoes that we have prepared.
Add the wine, olive oil, rosemary and mix well our ingredients.
Cover the baking sheet with paper and foil and bake for 1 1/2 hour.
