Ingredients
400 g of beef or pork
500 grams of barley
1 onion dry chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
2 tablespoons of pâté or 4 ripe tomatoes finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Paprika sweet
1 cinnamon or nutmeg
Olive oil

Method
In a saucepan, put the mince without oil and soak it by stirring continuously until it changes color.
So mince gets a wonderful smoky scent.
Then add the onion, garlic, oil, and sauté them together for another 3 minutes.
Then add the sauce or tomatoes, cinnamon, stir, put 1 glass of water and let it boil over medium heat.
If needed, add some water.
When the mince is almost ready add 2 glasses of water, salt, let it boil and pour the barley.
We mix constantly so that it does not stick to us and slowly add as much water as needed so that when our food is ready to have as little as we want.
Five minutes before we turn off the heat add the pepper and paprika, so we keep their aromas.
